Che Frey

Che Frey has been working with the developmentally disabled population since the late 90’s has a drive to help individuals express their desires and personalities through unique and positive approaches. He was born in the Virgin Islands, then made his way to Colorado through competitive cycling and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. Living in Colorado, Che discovered the joys of skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking in the Rocky Mountains. Che is the proud father of three children and he and his wife Caroline founded Our House with a desire to provide excellent services to individuals with disabilities. When he retires, Che wants to travel the world and continue sampling different ethnic foods.

Carol Fischer

Carol has been involved with a team virtually her entire life, playing competitive sports from a very young age through her college career. While not a sports team, Our House maintains that team environment and Carol is able to draw on many skills she learned from athletics. Working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities brings new experiences and challenges, though a degree in Urban Studies and six years of living in the Bronx provided a good foundation for diversity. When not spending her time at work, Carol enjoys the sunshine and outdoors of Colorado and is a volunteer firefighter.

Joelle Lowe

Joelle is a texas native, who graduated from Texas Tech University with a psychology degree. She moved to Colorado in 2011 and has never turned back. She enjoys skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and hiking and camping in the summer. She loves spending time with her fiance Rick, dog Tess, and cat Molly. Joelle likes making jewelry through her silversmithing hobby, in her free time. She has dreams to one day own a hobby farm complete with a vegetable garden, mini horses, pigs, and goats. Joelle loves working for Our House and believes she has found her true calling, serving those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
